We’re Committed to Supporting Our Military Families
Continuum is contracted nationally and locally with both TRICARE regions, Medicaid, and most major commercial insurances. We have a long history of working with active duty and retired military families in supporting their children’s home nursing needs, dating back to the 1990s. We’re skilled at navigating the various TRICARE benefits, which include all home health care services including those offered under the Individual Case Management Program for Persons with Extraordinary Conditions (ICMP-PEC) and the Extended Care Health Options Program (ECHO). We also work with other ancillary providers including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, respiratory therapists, and DME providers. We will happily assist active duty military families with permanent change of station orders either through the transition to another Continuum office or identification and collaboration with other providers. Our South Carolina office was started in response to a Continuum family’s PCS!
